Data Deletion

Effective date: October 23, 2026

You can ask Ryse Marketing(“Ryse Marketing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to delete the personal information we hold about you, including information you submitted through a Facebook or Instagram lead form.

How to Request Deletion

Email info@ryse-marketing.comwith the subject “Data Deletion Request” and include:

your name;
the email address and phone number you used on the form; and
the name of the business whose ad or form you responded to, if you know it.

What We Delete

We delete your lead record from our systems and from the lead board of the business it was delivered to. We may keep a minimal record that the request was completed, or information we are required by law to retain.

Timeframe

We complete deletion requests within 30 days of receiving them.

Removing Our App From Facebook

Removing the Ryse Marketing app in your Facebook settings (Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites) stops any future access to your data through Facebook. It does not delete data already received; send a request as described above for that.
